Plot Summary[]

Phil has the crazy idea of going on a spontaneous trip to Paris with Claire; the only problem is that they are both so ridiculously tired but try to push through it. Meanwhile, Jay has taken over their bathroom remodel, which proves to be pretty hazardous for Gloria, Manny and Joe. Cameron’s sister Pam is staying at the house after her husband has left her, but her emotional outbursts are driving Mitchell crazy, and he’s afraid it’s setting a bad example for Lily. And Haley and Andy go on a wild night bender.

Episode Description[]

Phil and Claire want to go to Paris but because of the time zone, they try to stay awake all the night. Meanwhile, Haley finds Andy too nice so he decides to be a jerk.

The night goes wrong for both couples as Haley pleads Andy to revert back to his good side and Claire finally falls asleep and is carried unconscious over the shoulder by Phil.

In the meantime, Jay rebuilds the bathroom but his efforts only manage to make Joe stuck on the floor and Manny and Gloria have to free him while Pam's temporary status as a houseguest at Mitch and Cam's home could have severe repercussion on Lilly.
