Millicent Mary Lillian Martin is an English actress, singer and comedian. She is best known as the resident singer of topical songs on the weekly BBC Television satire show That Was The Week That Was.
She played the role of Charlotte, the woman who Jay ran into, because he was sure that he knew her from somewhere, in "Goodnight Gracie".
