Richard Riehle is an American actor. His television credits include Quantum Leap, Roseanne, Murder, She Wrote, L.A. Law, Ally McBeal, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Chicago Hope, Diagnosis: Murder, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Grounded for Life, The West Wing, ER, Married to the Kellys, Boston Legal and The Young and the Restless. He has also guest-starred on three of the five Star Trek television series.
He played the character of Norman in "The Future Dunphys".
