Rose is John Weller's secretary, the principal of Haley and Alex Dunphy's High School. She is heard in "Phil on Wire".
She asks Claire via phone if she can hold for Principal Weller because he needs to talk with her about Haley and Alex. Claire says yes though she can't talk because she has to park her car and she is in the loading and unloading zone.
