Whitney is an awkward twenty-something who has a blind date with Manny Delgado before realizing he is a child. She has very low confidence and is helped by Gloria Pritchett, who gives her a makeover, in the episode "Fifteen Percent". At the end of the episode, Cameron Tucker comes over to Jay and Gloria's house to drop something off, and he runs into Whitney. They immediately had a strong connection. She thinks Cam might be "the one."
